Head of Value added Services ( VAS) , International Roaming , Interconnection

Responsible for building & leading the VAS & International Roaming (IR) team; which is accountable for forming, aligning, communicating and executing all prepaid pricing & commercial strategies including roadmap and target setting for quarterly revenue of $192 million

International Roaming:
Managing operation issues and partnership relations and building up bilateral alliances.
• Roaming call revenue increase 7%
• Initiate a prepaid travel sim for GP

Value Added Service (VAS):
Developing yearlong VAS strategy, activity roadmap as per company business plan & policy.
• 2% usage increase annually
• Manage the content portal and platforms; including CRBT, MVAS, Radio, IVR, USSD, WAP, Games & OTT, and Streaming services leading digital content of VAS unit (new VAS App design, development, & commercialization)
• Delivering revenue for content, digital, advance data VAS and legacy streams
• Handling daily operational issues
